Ok so I got in touch with the head man of Springman Records and Silver Sprocket out of San Francisco California, and they are also a bicycle club and want some badges made for various things like getting hurt on a bike...

This was my first shot, but Avi said 'its nice but we want something a little more effed up and hand drawn looking like your 'i need a hug' porcupine!' The first draft was done totally in the computer in Photoshop mostly with the pen tool.


So this is the second draft, hand drawn on paper and scanned in. I just sent it to him so I'm awaiting criticism. This is a good day for me. Unlike this kid with the bike.

It is always super cool to see your art published- this one JUST got tattooed onto my friend Megan's left shoulder- I think he is adorable and Megan, you are awesome!!

I AM SO RIDICULOUSLY HAPPY

I got to go see my favorite band tonight, the Phenomenauts. In my opinion they are the BEST band because:

-They are all about Science and Honor
-They have a dog with a jetpack and Goggles named Orbit
-They have a ROBOT (Leftenant AR-7, who I always just call 'the robot' for some reason)
-They are super resourceful and made all their own utility belts and props
-The music is GREAT it is so nice to hear something that stands out!!
-Their fans are dedicated, amazing people
-Their Stage names: Leftenant AR-7 (guitar, vox) Commander Angel Nova (guitar, vox) Major Jimmy Boom(drums) Deck Chief Nick Wayzar (double bass) Professor Greg Arius (keys, Moog, arsenal) Colonel Reehotch (black ops) Cadet Orbit Nova/Anex (world's handsomest space dog)
-They put planetary facts in their lyrics!
-They think Earth is the best, which, it IS, and they want to protect it
-They have an AMAZING light show with lasers smoke and tons of fun stuff
-Toilet paper gun. Nuff said.
-AMAZING FRONT MAN with incredible talent and stage presence
-They love their fans and are always very nice guys
-They have a great sense of humour, are energetic and put on a fantastic show

AND BEST OF ALL

They have matching outfits.

So this is Stan...he's a comical version of Satan who in the future rules Venus, which has been made into the new Hell when the old one overflooded. Stan isn't necessarily a good or bad guy-think of Satan on South Park. He's silly. In no way am I a Satanist, he's just a character.

Aquatic Predator Concept Art

An amphibious creature, it lives along secluded coastal areas and is occasionally seen at low tides scavenging in tide pools. In the water, it lives in solitude, and has a limited range of prey, from small fish it lasso's with its tentacle-lined mouth, to crustaceans it smashes against rocks with its well developed hands. It's distinct gill sac also works as a primitive lung, allowing it to survive for years at a time out of water. It has been observed running along beaches and diving off rocks and cliffs into the ocean. Shy by nature, it often comes out at night, and as only a few have ever been sighted, it does not yet have a name. I call him Mr. Noodles.
